memories of many stays here in the 50s some of the staff was aware of my father from 1950s pleasing cross selection of staff members from several areas of the world we have visited all of their home countries near unbeatable tv channel selection excellent array of toiletries superb walking paths around the resort some vintage pictures of old Cloister clients array of restaurant options expansive butterfly population remains

poor mattress for my taste, but wife reported hers was fine antique shower did not get hot without 3 to 4 minutes wait and no hand held shower spray But wife liked the tub which provided timely hot water, and it did have hand held shower spray no bidet many of charming aspects of the old 1950s Cloister were lost tepid temp in both saunas were a joke therefor long transit to spa was not problem,,did not use spa no more putting green no card room no bingo anymore no birds on the property poor quality piano meager wine list although those listed were reasonably priced

An exceptional property with first class service from welcoming and helpful staff. Would love to make this an annual tradition.

Very nice stay with nice people, but extremely expensive and they charge you for every detail.

Nice if you would add some fruit in the room like an apple and banana.
