If I could give negative stars this would be -5. Wouldn’t bother wasting your time with this one. Can’t trust the staff. We arrived after a long journey only to find out that they gave our room away to someone else. We had it all booked and paid and all they said was ‘we will refund you’ but they had no spare rooms due to it being Easter Weekend and they obviously thought they could get more. We were completely new to the country and had no idea where to go. One of the worst experiences we had.

Really nice hotel. Clean, confortable, good service. Hotel is located in a safe area of Laureles near restaraunts and stores. I recommend. Good place to stay.

Not sure why there are no bedsheets on the bed? Bed is VERY hard. Great area and this property is a good value for the money. Nice mini bar selection. Good water pressure and shower. No closet?
