Nice hotel in Laureles. Great staff!

Was ok but not very good new hotel no elevator was very because I was on 5 floor

The staff at this new hotel could not have been nicer and more helpful, and my room was a good deal overall for the price. I especially liked the shower and big bed. But my room didn't have a closet, which was odd. (I had to go out and buy a clothes rack). And they just opened this hotel ... before the elevator was working properly, which meant climbing 4 floors of stairs several times a day. I didn't mind the exercise, but they really shouldn't have opened the hotel until the elevator was working properly.

The elevators were not working yet. Bathroom a bit small and no closets. Otherwise a good facility.

Great Customer service, the hotel is still new. the elevator was still under construction. The hotel does not provide iron or hair dryer.

The hotel address and the phone number are listed wrong on expedia and on google. Couldnt get in touch with the front desk and had a hard time finding the hotel. There was no blanket , and the room door wouldnt close properly until you try couple of times. Then i had to deal with the construction noise.
