The location was perfect for my stay in El Retiro. The hotel looks amazing, and the stay was welcoming and comfortable. Will come back again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the restaurant that had the breakfast wanted to charge me for hot sauce. This has nothing to do with the hotel itself and more with the restaurant. I just was put off that I would be charged for hot sauce

Location. Staff at breakfast

No hot water in the shower. Hear everything going on in the hotel. Room was off reception and next to the kitchen. Manager said it was quiet. Not true. Staff not friendly

I appreciate the location being just one block from the park. Everything is within walking distance, making it ideal for a one-night stay in town.

I was disappointed with the property due to the lack of security and safety in the rooms. The noise was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep, as you could hear disturbances both during the day and loud music throughout. It's not a suitable place for rest.
