"A nice little hotel in El Retiro."

The staff were really nice, absolutely happy to go the extra mile. I felt at home.

This might only be applicable for room 1, which is the one I was given, but there was really no noise insulation from the street or hallway. And since room 1 is before the main gate, you’re kind of shut off from the beautiful courtyard. If you’re not in Room 1, then that’s not an issue I guess!

"Wonderful stay. We will return!"

The king-sized bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is a short walk to the main plaza. We expected an inside room, since that was available with the king bed. The room did have a window to an interior open air space that provided natural light. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

No exterior rooms with king beds were available.
