The hallway carpets are dirty, I booked a one night stay and I didn’t even end up staying there due to a bad strong smell in the room they gave me!

The Room smelled like puke. I was not there much. I overlooked at first couple days and then I got too bad after I was taking a shower and there was other people‘s hairs in the tub on the shower curtain on the ceiling in the shower there was people‘s hair, not my color and the bathtub backed up after a five minute shower I complained to the front she told me I needed to call corporate. I didn’t. I waited till the next day the lady was nice downstairs at the desk. Him got me into a better room the lady that takes care of the breakfast station and shuttle is very nice. She deserves a raise, but you walk into that hotel the carpets on the lower floor to go to the elevators are very old stain throughout. It gives a bad impression right out of the gates FYI, you should change your carpets out, but at least your employees made up for the problems I had.
