"Poor experience"

Not a great experience overall. The front desk interaction this morning was especially disappointing—the staff member was rude and even raised his voice at me after charging a $50 late checkout fee without asking for my permission first. During our stay, we had multiple issues with the room. Both TVs didn’t work, and we had to go down to the front desk five times in one night, including three trips just to get batteries. On top of that, our key cards constantly stopped working. Over a three-day stay, we had to replace them at least once or twice a day, which was very frustrating. Overall, the lack of communication, repeated inconveniences, and poor customer service made this stay far from pleasant.

"Loved the rooms and pool, but creepy writings!"

It was a really good stay! The rooms were very cozy a luxurious, and the pool area is great! But i was just wondering if anyone else noticed that there are some markings in the pool tiles asking for help? It kinda seems like a child abduction case? It was definitely a long time ago sadly and however. I hope it was just a prank and not really someone writing for help. I hope the hotel knew about it all. Anyways, still a great place to stay, and if you are going, check of its still there.

"Nonexistent hotel, do not book it online!"

They are not even operating at the venue that they claim to be operating from. There was just a board at the hotel entrance telling us that they are closed and we had to go to another location. This is very shabby dealing. Because we needed to be close to a conference venue, this swap absolutely did not work out for us.

The only thing wrong was the heat/ac unit. Not work well. Other than that - great. We always stay there when we travel to see my b relatives

I think there’s some kind of ring going with hotel car was broken into after staff suggested we parked in the back. The back door key fob is completely broken off, so there’s no way to close the back door to get into the building. There is no security. I wouldn’t stay here at all. The rooms was dirty and outdated.

This place is old and outdated. The hallways smell like smoke, carpet is stained in the halls and rooms. Room doors don’t close all the way you have to pull to make sure the door is closed. The building is not secured, the outside doors never lock and are always open. This locations needs updated/ renovated bad I would not recommend staying at this place.

"Sub par at best and not a great deal even at the p"

I booked for 3 nights and had no problem extending for another night. Over all my stay was ok at best. It was definitely less than I expected even for the price it was sub par at best. The hotel is obviously run down. Only one of the elevators worked during my stay and no one was seen working on it the whole time. The telephone in my room never worked even after I reported it to the from desk. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.
