The location was great, but the carpet on the hallways were dirty. Also it was hot throughout the hotel hallways and the rooms had a funny smell.

This property staff (Linda, Isaac and one other night gentleman) was extremely helpful and always about our day and offering plans and things in the area. My room curtain in the master bedroom had blood on them. The bathroom plumbing barely flushed, pool area was unkept and needed landscaping. Breakfast in the morning was dirty but refilled often. Seemed as though they waited until breakfast was done to clean things. The waffle maker would have been nice to use but was gross by 7am daily. There was always leaking water in the yard that left puddles. I know there’s more but I like the staff so I’ll keep it to a minimum.

"No More Wyndham's for our company"

Security is poor staff, is worse are vehicle was broken into twice in one night. There are no camaras on site. Steeling tools and vehicle electronics. We were told sorry this happens a lot at this location. The staff did not call the police as requested we wait for over an hour and then called them ourselves only to find out that no one had called the police, and this happens a lot at this location more than 60 reports of theft at this location

"Bedbugs"

I unpacked, undressed, tried to take a shower, had to call, redress, wait 30 min for no one to come look at the shower, call again, then when someone came pack all my stuff up again and move to another room. Then when in the new room the tv doesn't work, it was too late to go through the trouble of trying to get service again that night. The next night it still didn't work, I told the front desk about it and they fixed it while I was out for supper. Then I got home and found bedbugs.

Decent room for price, carpets are stained and reviews on google shows a history of vehicle break ins and cat converters stolen Signage acknowledging property was not responsible for damage to vehicles on property was sort of a red flag, luckily we did not rent a vehicle for our short stay
