"Do not stay"

Stained carpet, musty smell, everywhere you looked it was dirty. Dog pee that stained carpet like chlorine everywhere, elevator was Grammy. Sink had a ring of black mold in areas not easily seen. Water damaged from other floors was everywhere. Lack of maintenance.

we found a cockreach next to the bed that was desgusting and the carpet was nasty I recomend you clean deeply the only good thing is the location

The property needs updating carpet old, faded, smelly. We stayed on the ,3rd floor the hallway smelled like urine. They need to have the rooms exterminated roaches crawling out of sockets and around the mini fridge. This is not what I we expected from a Wyndham property.

When I was looking at hotels, this place received an 8. Now the staff deserve a 10. Very helpful and very courteous. Wyndham (owners) deserves a 0. How can a corporation, leave a place like this in a beautiful part of Houston in the condition they have? This place needs a complete redo since 2000. Shameful! For the price in this part of Houston is a steal. It is fairly clean but some what run down.

The hotel was ok, clean but could do with a refurb as it is a bit dated. The pool area is good. It was good value for what we paid.
