Please note that there is an additional 2% charge when you pay with a MasterCard or Visa credit card, and 3% charge when using an American Express credit card. Please note that the hotel has the right to process your provided credit card 48 hours prior to arrival for the full amount of your stay unless a nonrefundable rate is booked, in which case your credit card will be processed immediately. Please ensure the credit card used to make your reservation with, is the credit card you intend your booking payment to be processed to. Changing your method of payment is not an option. Guests are required to show a valid photo ID (NZ drivers license or passport) and credit card upon check in. Please note when booking more than 3 rooms you will be required to make full prepayment as a nonrefundable deposit, due it being a group booking.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
