Location was ok nice room with views

The room was not as anticipated looked a lot bigger on the picture . The room was supposedly cleaned every day but was very poor sinks not wiped dish cloths and tea towels not replaced. Had to go and ask reception to get cloths . Never vacuumed in a week at all . The windows were soaked every morning with condensation on the sills never wiped up .

Perfect location. Room had everything we needed. Staff were friendly.

Would have loved a spa.

スタジオ宿泊だったので、洗濯、簡単な調理などできてよかったです。中心部までも歩いて行けて便利。早朝出発のためタクシーを予約してもらいましたが、対応もすごくよかったです。

分かってはいましたが、坂の街なので、中心部から戻る時は坂道を登るというくらいです。

Comfortable, great views, warm, good shower, water pressure was perfect. Good location as long as you can manage the hill from town.

Our room was not serviced adequately. First morning, only bed was made but cushions, blanket and throw not put back, towels not replaced and shower mat not straightened. Dirty glasses not replaced and dirty spoon just left on the shelf. Second day we returned in the evening, towels left on the floor where we left them for changing as is customary, bed unmade and bins not emptied - appears there was no service at all. Was remedied when we contacted reception - bins emptied and we received clean towels. Very strange, have never experienced this lack of service ever before.

Spero sappiano mantenere sempre questo livello di qualità.

Didn’t have breakfast .. too expensive

The room was so small .. even banged my head on the iron girder getting into my case.
