A localização era ótima

O check-in foi feito depois da hora, porque às 15 horas a senhora ainda estava a fazer a limpeza do apartamento Mesmo depois da limpeza, ainda ficaram lugares sujos. Estava cheio de manchas de humidade e coisas partidas O sofá estava com manchas

It was conveniently located. The electronic door control was effective.

The apartment stank of bleach when we arrived, and the floors were wet. It took a day for them to dry. We had to run the fan heaters and the AC all the time to deal with the moisture in the apartment. There was black mould on the walls and ceiling, and there was literally moisture running down the inside of the walls facing the street. This apartment is not suitable for habitation until the waterproofing is addressed. The acoustics are not great - we could hear our neighbour very clearly but fortunately he was only noisy for short periods. There is no outdoor terrace as shown in the photos.

Very friendly staff and good communication and the location was prime

The blind was broken and forced us to sleep with our window open to the public. No privacy and early wake up due to the light coming in. Took way longer than it should’ve to fix. 1 aircon in the apartment meaning both bedrooms were a sauna no matter what. Massive hole in the floor looking into the pipes.

A casa de banho nao tinha um balde por o lixo .. falta de cobertores pra kem nao gosta de air condicionado . Os pequenos aquecedores nao e suficientes . Um deles fazia faiscas .. o sofa cheio de nodoas e roto.. e nao tem chavenas pra espressos ....
