"AirBnB building facilities lacking."

It was a nice flat but the lift didn't work when I really needed it. When I left early in the morning not only did the lift not work bur there was no lighting in the hall or on the curved marble stairs. It was frightening. The security system was unhelpful and I could not leave the keys where they asked me to. The flat was nice and the location was good but I was not expecting an AirBnB. I think AirBnB is destroying cities and I am angry with Booking.com for not being clearer. The mangers did order a taxi for me and I am grateful. Nice flat

The lift mostly didn't work and the stairs were long, curved and slippery. The hall lights didn't work early in the morning and combined with the lift not working would have been scary without bags to bring down; with bags it was very frightening. I had told the managers that the lift usually wasn't working and yhey knew when I was leaving as they ordered the taxi for me.
