Bed was comfortable

Two of our lights didn't work. Bulbs were burnt out. Needed a room on the first floor but staff said wasn't one. Didn't seem to want to try and help. Noticed hallways and stairs were unvacuumed and lots of stains. Same in the elevators. Floor was dirty.

The staff were amazing. The breakfast was good.

The upkeep could use some improvement. The gazebo outside was super dirty. The shower was pretty grimy as well.

The location and staff.

The property is much older and dated than the online pictures show. My room was spacious but the bed was extremely hard, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned from the previous guests, and as the night progressed, the smell of wet old carpet intensified.
