La stanza carina e il proprietario disponibile ma per il resto non ci è piaciuto nulla.

Le recensioni erano buone ma per noi é stata un'esperienza negativa purtroppo. Bagno in pessime condizioni e poca pulizia. Parcheggio difficile da trovare vicino.

La stanza era pulita e confortevole, la posizione centrale e comoda per visitare la città. Tutto ok.

Sehr zentral

Der Aufenthalt für eine Nacht war ausreichend, jedoch gibt es einige Punkte, die verbesserungswürdig sind. Das Apartment liegt zentral, allerdings ist die Umgebung etwas schmuddelig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schlicht – kein besonderer Komfort oder Schnickschnack. Die Toilettenbrille war beschädigt, und die Matratze leider durchgelegen, was den Schlafkomfort deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Zudem war es in der Wohnung sehr laut, sodass man kaum zur Ruhe kam. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt: telefonisch waren die Gastgeber während des Aufenthalts nicht erreichbar. Für eine einzelne Nacht ok, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich es jedoch nicht empfehlen.

You can only communicate via messages with the owner. I wrote to say we had arrived (9pm) and only then did the owner write to me to say there was a problem with our room and instead of a triple, he could only give us a double room or reimburse us. We were with child (10 yrs) and it was late after a day of travelling. We had no choice but to accept. Furthermore, the floor in the room was dirty, and the kitchen had only a few items with a broken coffee machine. Glad we stayed one night only. The place does not match the pictures. I do not recommend this place, based on our experience.

Ottima posizione, struttura accogliente

Porta che non si chiude facilmente. Inoltre, come avevo già letto in altre recensioni, hanno un sistema di apertura a distanza che è comodo da una parte, ma dall’altra noi ad esempio ci siamo trovati a dover aspettare un po’ sotto la struttura perché l’host non rispondeva (ci aveva scritto che potevamo arrivare a qualsiasi orario e che bastava scrivere quando ci fossimo trovati sotto). Del resto tutto molto bene

La posizione comoda vicino al centro.

3 piani senza ascensore....abbiamo avuto problemi con la porta di camera che non si apriva segnalato ma non siamo stati neppure considerati....siamo rimasti chiusi all interno.oltre a non avere un gran servizio igienico...infatti la carta la dovevamo gettare in un cestino e non nel wc.!!!
