"Pretty Good Stay"

The customer service was good. The room was big, and the breakfast was good. It was nice and quiet.

The carpet smelled bad in the hallway. The bathroom door was hard to close.

The bed was clean

We called ahead to let the hotel know we were going to be very late for our reservation because of traffic. They told us everything was fine. Then when we got to are they told us our room had been marked a no show and our reservation cancelled. After 45 mins they got us in a room.

"Pay the extra $$ and stay at a decent hotel!"

The location of the property is good - very close to Haywood Mall, restaurants and a short drive to the highway. Staff was friendly.

I honestly can’t believe Wyndham is allowing this property to operate as a franchise under their name. The place is falling apart. There hasn’t been any investment in keeping the building up or replacing anything when it’s damaged. And the room we stayed in was visibly dirty and torn apart in places. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra to stay elsewhere.
