"I wouldn't book thishotel"

Room was dirty. I booked it for my lay over. The site said they had an airport shuttle, but when I checked in at the front desk the lady said they were all full. They should not advertise airport shuttle if they can't accommodate guests. They only have a small mini van to take all their guests to the airport.

"A+ Hotel"

Great place to stay, very clean. Staff was very attentive and the pool and court yard area was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Houston.

Location

The lobby was so hot . The key didn’t work to door so we had to walk long way to elevator then go to 4th floor all way to end of hall to find the key didn’t work then be moved back to 1st floor , no iron but did have ironing board but was broken. Dissatisfied with stay . Staff was pleasant.

"No shuttle"

I picked this place for a free airport shuttle. When I checked in, the shuttle 15 ours later (7 AM) was fully booked. 6 and 8 AM did not work well, so we Ubered. They have a 6 person shuttle every hour. That is not a shuttle, it is a possibility of a shuttle. Its like saying you have a complimentary breakfast, but sorry we ran out of food,

"Would not recommend"

The hotel was clean. Location to airport was great.

We were in room 506 and it had no working hot water. It was the coldest shower I ever took. I even left the water running for 10 minutes thinking it might warm up over time but it didn't. The water to our sink was the same, no hot water.
