Returning clients! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the first time and we decided to extend our stay here. The ambience is peaceful and serene, away from the crowds, and provides the opportunity to rest one's mind. Expect clean rooms with decent bedding. Bathrooms are clean and functional. If needed, there are selected linked rooms. We found this a great set-up to have my elderly father next door and being able to check on him whilst maintaining our privacy. The 5G internet connectivity did help me keep in touch with email and such from afar. Ample outdoor seating is available. A centrally located amenities/ dining area provides 24/7 access to filtered water, hot water and DIY coffee/ tea. The crew who operate this place are very considerate and accommodating. It's the type of attitude we wish everyone should be! It is recommended that one has a hired car or motorcycle to venture around Langkawi island. If no arrangements have been made, the owner can facilitate vehicle hire. Bicycles and a motorcycle are available on site. Breakfast is included with options that include a variety of local delights. Watch the sunset along the mountain range or marvel on the local animals that help work the paddy fields. Overall, this place is fabulous and great value. Clients can expect a pleasant stay with a different rural experience (important to note that this is not a 5* hotel but is honestly such a nice place to relax and unwind).

We enjoyed everything! There were no concerns from my missus and 90 year old father. Woohoo!!! The owners are also very considerate and will appreciate any constructive feedback or concerns if any.

A delightful and quaint stay in a strategic location towards the center of Langkawi island. If one has a hired car/ motorcycle, this place is perfect to base yourself and travel around the island. The air-conditioned rooms were very clean with good bedding. All rooms are equipped with a fridge and other furnishings that make the stay both, practical and pragmatic. Fresh towels, shampoo and body wash were provided. The rain water style shower heads have ample water pressure for a refreshing wash after exploring the tropical island. Breakfast choices provided primarily comprise of local Malaysian fare together with traditional 'kuih' and fresh local fruits. Coffee and tea was also available making breakfast ample for a solid start to the day. The hosts and staff were polite and extremely approachable. The grounds were safe, spacious and the rural setting amidst the rice fields only added to the relaxing stay. Secure Parking is available on site. Recommended and we hope to return again!

Die Gastgeber sind wirklich nett und haben uns auch erlaubt am Abreisetag bis 17.00 das Zimmer zu nutzen.

Das Hotel ist eine Katastrophe! Es ist mir unbegreiflich wie es zu diesen guten Bewertungen gekommen ist. Ich habe bereits weit über 100 Unterkünfte über Booking.com gebucht aber noch nie eine so schlechte Bewertung geben müssen. Die Gastgeber sind leider nur 5 Tage pro Monat vor Ort, ansonsten managen 2 "Jungs" das Hotel - und die tun GAR NICHTS! Alle 3 Tage soll das Zimmer gereinigt werden, wird es aber in der Praxis nicht. Wenn man nicht mit allem hinterher rennt passiert gar nichts, keine neuen Handtücher von alleine, kein Mülleimer wird geleert, keine fehlenden Frühstückszutaten werden nachgekauft - wirklich gar nichts! Ich habe so etwas wirklich noch nie erlebt. Das Frühstück besteht aus Toast, 2 Marmeladen, Butter, Ei (falls vorhanden Wassermelone und Banane) und Instant Kaffee. Die Anlage könnte wirklich schön und idyllisch sein, ist sie aber nicht, es wird an den 5 Tagen wenn die Besitzer da sind wahrscheinlich immer gewerkelt und alles ist nur halbfertig und alles liegt rum (siehe Fotos). Die Zimmer sind einfach aber in Ordnung. Wir haben bei diesem Preis nichts spektakuläres erwartet aber so wenig service und so eine vermüllte Anlage, wirklich Schade. ACHTUNG: Wir waren mit einem 4 jährigen Kind dort und das Hotel besitzt einen Hund der aggressiv auf Kinder reagiert - ein absolutes no go diesen Tag und Nacht frei rumlaufen zu lassen. Unser Kind konnte sich nie frei bewegen oder mal rennen oder toben in der Anlage, der Hund hat sofort aggressiv geknurrt. Wir lieben Hunde aber dieser war echt nicht berechenbar und sehr aggressiv.

Casetta con ingresso autonomo, parte di una struttura, situata in campagna. Negozi, ristoranti e spiaggia Raggiungibili facilmente in 5’ con taxi oppure con scooter a noleggio (disponibile anche nella struttura). Colazione occidentale (caffè, uova, marmellata e toast) oppure a scelta secondo la cucina locale.

Wir hatten gezielt 14 Tage hier als Pause zum Wiederaufladen der Batterien eingeplant. Und das hat auch sehr gut geklappt. Man ist umgeben von Natur und wird von Kühen und Vögeln geweckt, weit weg vom Partystrand in Cenang. Das Frühstück ist schlicht, aber lecker, oft gibt es frisches Obst. Wir wurden gut bersorgt und konnten alles besorgen, was wir brauchten. Das Internet ist superschnell und so kann man hier auch sehr gut in Ruhe arbeiten, an Meetings teilnehmen oder die kommenden Reiseabschnitte planen. Mit dem Roller den man direkt in der Unterkunft für ca 8. Euro pro Tag mieten kann, kann man dann die komplette Insel erkunden.

Man braucht zwingend einen fahrbaren Untersatz, sonst wird es schwierig, denn man ist mitten im Nirgendwo. Wer Luxus sucht ist hier auch an der falschen Adresse. Die Ausstattung und der Service sind aber mehr als gut für den Preis. Dennoch würde eine Grundreinigung oder ein neuer Anstrich hier und da gut tun. Die 2 Jungs haben sich fast 24/7 super um uns gekümmert, sind aber auch keine ausgebildeten Hotelfachkräfte sondern eher da, um nach dem Rechten zu schauen.

Really liked it. Clean room, nice calm environment and good wifi. Approx. 12 to 15 min on the scooter to the beach. Perfect for me.
