bed front desk attendant.

Room and bathroom were not clean. used toilet paper roll on holder. hallway carpet in terrible shape. wallpaper in hallway in terrible shape.shower curtain too small causing bathroom floor to flood during shower. No Decaf at lobby coffee bar.

"It was decent, but not the best."

Good location, bed was comfortable, shower was nice.

AC was insanely loud and sounded like it was gonna break. Sounded like a spaceship lol. Outside of the room, the hotel felt like the AC didn’t even work. Toilet shot water out of the back of it onto the floor everytime you used it

The location is great & comfortable beds.

There were no towels in the room & the shower was hard to turn on. We’ve stayed numerous times at this location & this is the first time that has happened.

The staff were friendly and ready to help with a smile. It was passable as a purely weekend place to lay our heads. Get location close to arena and convention center which is why we came. Easy check in and out which are big in my opinion. The sheets and beds towels were very clean.

It's an older hotel and it shows. There is nothing wrong with that per say but it had a certain dinge to it. There was still hair in the bathroom , the extra door latch was loose, and the air only worked on 60, but it was hot everywhere in there. And for the price I was expecting just decent everything, not sub par most things. We didnt complain about these things as they weren't deal breakers just a place to lay our heads
