The hotel is basically 'average'. It badly needs updating.

General condition of the hotel is 'well used', it needs paint and new furnishings. The entry doors either do not work (no access) or are not secured (key card reader is broken). I stayed at the hotel 2 yrs ago and the same doors do not work.

Hotel desperately needs renovation. Could not tell if things were clean or just dingy from age. Overpriced for state of the place. Location perfect for going to games

The breakfast lady was super! She went the extra mile for patrons.The king bed was very comfortable. The easy walk to Peoria Sports Stadium was great.

The rooms need a deep clean.Found odd items in places. Such as when using pull out bed there were so many items. Pool closed for a day without any notice. Exterior hall entrance never worked the whole week we stayed. Staff notified by us and other patrons. One roll only of t.p. in rooms. We reserved for a week. Have to notify staff day before if we want room service.The increase of price because it is Spring Training is to much.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was room for what we needed. Having a desk and a sofa were convenient. The mini-fridge was bigger than most hotel rooms.

Although the room and hotel were clean, there were places that were in obvious need of maintenance. The bottom of our bathroom door was chipped and paint pealing. The caulking around the tub needed some touch up. The cove base in the halls and common areas was coming away from the wall. But worse was the card reader did not work for the back door, nearest the Peoria Sports Complex, and where many people who were trying to use it could not enter through that door. After brining it to the attention of the front desk, I later saw that the reader had been removed and a rock used to prop open the door. A few hours later, the reader was back, but still inoperable. The card reader for our room did not work a few times - it took a few tries. I witnessed a housekeeper trying to access a room to clean it getting frustrated because it took her at least 10 tries to get the door open.

Location was excellent for Padres Spring Training, amenities were close, breakfast was decent, bed and pillows comfortable.

Very dated, bathroom had a musty, mildew smell, cleaning service, fresh towels once every three days. Carpet in room was disgusting. There were five floors and only the ice machine on floor 3 worked.
