Great parking, great access and so close to the Peoria Park Complex. Our room was very comfortable. Staff were all nice. Especially at check in. Breakfast was fresh , tasty and plentiful. Would stay here again!

Bed was terrible, the pillow was terrible, the bathroom was not clean. Staff was not very friendly.

Beds worn out, old decor, needs remodeled

I’ve stayed here for spring training for the last several years knowing that while it is an older property, I liked it’s proximity the Peoria Sports Complex. This year, however, was the worst it’s been, I stayed in room 300 and constantly had trouble with getting hot water, warm at best for a shower. My bathroom had black mold in the shower area and when I used the elevator, the floor was so filthy my shoes stuck to it. Additionally, the room key only worked on the 2nd thru 5th try, just ridiculous, especially with a $1,500+ cost to it. While I loved the location and was willing to put up with a few shortcomings in the past, that’s the last time I’ll stay there. Place was nice, old needs a few upgrades. Great location for what we were there for, Spring Training. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants which is nice. Key card seemed to have issues.might need to upgrade to a proximity reader. Pool was good. Would stay again if we come back for Spring Training again.
