Soy Local Insignia

Uno de los peores lugares donde me he quedado. Sin incluir al recepcionista, el personal siempre anda de mal genio. Empezando por las cocineras y terminado por el chico de la entrada que nunca supe que posición o cargo tenia en ese lugar. Me parecía mas un portero que otra cosa. Mal educado por cierto y muy feo.

Hotel at night is really noisy. Also I had to checked it out earlier coz I got an emergency at home and they haven’t replied me yet about refund.

The side of hotel I stayed on shared wall with club which made it hard to sleep most nights. I’ll need to stay on different side if I choose to stay there again.

The location is noisy. The breakfast is limites and the staff services in the breakfast is terrible.

Para quem pretende aproveitar o centro turístico e a noite de Cartagena, o hotel é perfeito, pois está no Centro do bairro Getsêmani, bem em frente ao famoso Café Havana, a uma quadra das principais ruas do Centro Histórico, onde a noite ferve. Érika, Omar e toda a equipe são muito atenciosos. Os quartos são confortáveis e bem decorados. A única questão foi o barulho da rua e de alguns hóspedes bem mal educados, porém a equipe do hotel prontamente ofereceu um outro quarto para nós reacomodar. Indicamos para quem quer aproveitar o centro histórico de Cartagena.

The room & bathroom were nice. The AC was definitely appreciated. The multiple pool areas & roof top bar was nice too. Lots of walkable dining options- fancy & not fancy restaurants. The hotel is in the middle of the activity- like the other reviews say, expect it to be loud (music every night until 2:30/3 am. I read the reviews before booking & was expecting it & not bothered. Hot water was iffy- it depended on the time of day. The hotter it was outside, the more guaranteed you were to have hot water. I took a shower at 10pm & didn't have much. We had a great stay & would definitely stay here again.

I really love staying here, just need some work done on sun lounge area and need decent WiFi and TV. Also backup generators. The staff all around were so great!
