Missed my flight and called Expedia to cancel this hotel. Expedia tried reaching the hotel and they never bothered to respond. Shady business practices!

O funcionário que nos recebeu esta longe de ser simpático , varias vezes ignorou os cumprimentos de bom dia ou boa tarde , tive que ser insistente para me colocar num quarto melhor que alias eu escolhi e paguei na reserva ... cafe da manha muito ruim , sem opções ..quarto confortável , banheiro tbm cama enfim , o staf precisa ser treinado e capacitado a Sra que e a gerente pode buscar outra atividade pois não desempenha este papel de forma adequada ,não conhecia este hotel mesmo tenho estado em Cartagena pelo menos umas 20 viagens este não estará no meu próximo retorno e claro não pretendo indicar a ninguem , lamentavel.

Foi muito boa, exceto o barulho da rua oscilacao da internet. No entanto, a localizacao e perfeita, fizemos tudo a pé.

Schönes kleines Hotel mitten im Herzen von sehr lebendigen Stadtviertel mit vielen Restaurants. Schöner kleiner Pool und gutes Frühstück auf der schön dekorierten Terrasse. Nettes Personal!

Très bel hôtel, accueillant, propre, mais trop de bruit dans les rues avoisinantes pour bien dormir.

I liked how small the hotel was, it felt more comfortable

Hotel good but tired.We stayed in room B301 which had french doors and these could not be locked as no key. This was raised at check in and we were told we would be supplied with the key. We stayed 4 days and no key was provided so our room was not secure. Only the rooftop pool was in use the other pools being empty

Check in was easy, hotel was very clean, people were helpful, and the location was great. Hard to do much better!

This is a great little hotel in heart of Getsemani. Good price, clean, comfy beds, rain shower in bathroom. I love those. very friendly 24 hr front desk staff. Many cambio/change places right across street. Way better rate than airport of course. Excellent location. 5-7 minute walk to Walled city. 10-15 minute walk to the castle. About 15-20 minute taxi from airport that cost around $8-10. Probably could be cheaper, but $10 was fine for a friendly safe ride. Driver wss happy to try English and liked talking with Americans. Just 1-2 streets away from "art street" and "umbrella street ". Lively area with street music, tons of art, many bars (all have happy hour deals all day), restaurants of varying prices and lots of street food, my favorite 😊 IMO, way better than staying in walled city which was a little underwhelming: very touristy and overpriced restaurants. Roof top pool was small, more for soaking and cooling off than swimming. Great, though, in the hot afternoon after a full day iof walking the city and sight seeing. Very hapoy with this choice and would recommend and definitely return. Only con, a bit loud (late)because of the street music and early morning maintenance man at my neighbors. However, all the music is great, really gives CTG its awesome vibes. Reminded me a lot like French Quarter in New Orleans.
