The stay was truly majestic! Walking around in the snow the views of the trees and the accommodation and dining all made it like we stepped into a Hallmark movie

Stunning resort with breathing taking beauty and plenty of activities. But has become extremely expensive lately. I've been just about every year for a decade now, but I think my most recent trip will be my last. I don't think it represents fair value for money anymore. Owners/operators have let the service quality slide quite a bit. Cabins and location are still fantastic. But there are probably other equally impressive locations with far more friendly welcoming, warm service that are not anywhere near as expensive as this place.

Lovely property

I was surprised that there were no Finnish people working at the resort. The dinner was luke warm not hot. The dessert was not as described and had zero flavor. The smoke sauna was an incredible delight. Over all I’d say the facilities need some updating. I believe the price that you are paying to stay here is not for customer service or food quality or facilities but the experience. If you only are seeking a visual delight and cost is not an issue then I would stay here.

In the middle of nowhere

Very bad experience, my friend fell and broke her wrist and the hotel did not have any transportation to go to the hospital, they did not have a pain pill, they called the taxi companies and they could not find a taxi, thank God, someone He offered to take us, we also had 2 activities that same day that we couldn't do and they didn't refund our money. When you arrive you have to carry the suitcases yourself to the room, which are super far away. I don't recommend it. He only cares about making money. he doesn't care about the client, the food was terrible

The whole facility and dinner looks good. However, the Sauna doesn’t work. The heating dial was missing. A screw of door handle was loose. No service for fireplace at all. I mentioned this just because the price doesn’t match the facilities. I paid a lot and do want to see those facilities works well even I don’t use it.

Dining options are pretty slim but i didnt book this place for the food.

I just love the glass igloo. it was quite an experience. Waking up seeing the sky. It was beautiful. Miss seeing aurora but the experience is unforgettable. Food was good and staff were ok.

I stayed here in September. It was the slow season, so there was not nearly as many activities offered. If you're wanting to go here, I would HIGHLY recommend going in the winter/snowy months. It will be more fun and prettier. Also, be prepared to pay a lot. All the activities offered are really cool, but cost hundreds of dollars each. That said, I enjoyed my time and am really glad I went. Service was excellent. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful, and staying in the igloos is awesome even if you don't get to see the northern lights.
