Condesa Haus Rentals

Hosting and breakfast were awesome!

Loved it!

the location and Paco was incredibly welcoming and helpful

the first room we had was very dirty . Paco moved us to a much better room the next day , however condessa haus is run down and tired. The bathroom tiles are old and cracked , there is mould on all the silicone joints . the curtains and soft furnishing are very old and a bit grubby

Location was very nice and the room was comfortable though hot. We were upgraded to a suite because after reserving but before arriving they randomly changed us to a room we didn’t prefer.

Breakfast was not available at the designated time either day, though promised. Drinking water was not replenished in a timely way so when we got home for the evening we had to ration. The room did not get dark at night due to skylights and something translucent in the floor. And finally, though it was a b&b they charged US$2.00 for coffee!

Charming hotel, but the staff made the experience exceptional. We enjoyed the communal table at breakfast and chance to compare notes and meet fellow travelers.

We were on the ground floor- some may find the stairs to the third floor apartment daunting.

The towels all need to be replaced. They are ragged and don't speak well for a b&b in condesa. The room was very dim

I highly recommend this guest house. It is a beautiful and fully in tact example of the historic architecture of Condesa and has been sensitively converted without any major alterations to its character. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room faced a quiet street and had a large balcony with nice seating -- there was a separate balcony with French doors overlooking the lobby. I appreciated the tasteful and comfortable contemporary furniture, which contrasts in a nice way with the restored building. It's in a very safe area and just a few minute's walk to the elliptical street called the Amsterdam, and just beyond it, the Parque Mexico, which is stunningly beautiful. Everything about this guest house was excellent. I hope to stay here again!
