Great location and a lovely set up. The manager Fernando was amazing and has shared all the best tips which has made all the difference for our time. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who is planning a few days in CDMX.

Loved the location it was wonderful. The manager is just lovely too. Daily housekeeping do a good job. No in room hairdryer, but you can borrow one from reception. Free breakfast is fine. There’s a nespresso machine I think $1 per capsule. We liked our room with the balcony, it was fun to sit out and watch the world go by.

It was rather cold so a heater would be nice. The water pressure was poor and the water rather tepid. There’s a Monday morning market outside, so noisy from 7am with setting up and yappy dog .

Nice classic house but expensive for what I got, compared to stay in same are, the previous day, with much better amenities. Hot water did not came out for my morning shower 😞

Condesa is a lovely, leafy neighborhood, very walkable with tons of restaurants. This small B&B is very quiet, particularly the rooms on the back side away from the street. Breakfast was basic, but with fresh fruit and made-to-order eggs. As it is quite small, the front desk is not always staffed, so good to be independent, though various hotel contacts are always available and helpful by text messaging.
