The location was excellent and a lovely cafe underneath. An interesting, quirky place.

The shower was very smal

Great location in North Laines, charming cafe, friendly staff, comfortable room, a quirky atmosphere with a Turkish touch. An antidote to impersonal hotel chains.

Breakfast was delicious. Excellent vegan options.

There are many stairs. However did not spoil he experience.

Very quirky little guest house with a lovely cage below. Fab staff very helpful.

Bed was comfortable but struggled as it was only a double bed. Furniture a little dated but clean.

Great location above a beautiful little cafe & gift shop. The room was small but very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and we managed to check-in early which was a bonus. On checkout we were able to leave our bags for a few hours while we wandered around Brighton. We used the train station car-park as it was much cheaper for overnight parking than anywhere else we could find, and it’s only a 10min walk from the accommodation.

One minor issue for me was the firmness of the pillows & I woke up with a slightly stiff neck but my partner thought they were very comfortable.

Well located and it was obvious that the cleaners worked hard
