Schönes, abwechslungsreiches tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Besonders an der Reception hat uns Sir Georges Mit seiner Freundlichkeit und Fachkompetenz grossen Eindruck gemacht. An dieser Stelle ganz herzlichen Dank. Ausserdem bekam mein Mann, zu seinem Geburtstag einen wunderschönen und sehr feinen Kuchen inkl. Kerze. Beeindruckend!

Leider war die Nacht mit Gästen vor dem Hotel sehr laut. Trotz 5-tes Stockwerk konnten wir lange nicht einschlafen.

Everything was perfect, from check-in to check-out. No stress, no fuss. They assisted us with the transport from our car to the Zermatt car-free zone. Had hot tea upon arrival from reception. The reception team were so friendly. They also helped me with lunch and dinner reservations. The rooms were very comfortable and clean - we enjoyed the extra details added such as the bed warmers and fruit in our room. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance to all main attractions. Breakfast was great - really good selection and staff was attentive.

No faults found! The staff my our stay really comfortable and convenient.
