施設は古いが、良く手入れされていて綺麗。水回りはリノベートされていて、高級感があり快適。マッターホルンスイートは広々していて、眺めもよく素晴らしかった。コンシェルジュの対応も素晴らしいの一言。思い出に残る、また泊まりに来たいと思えるホテルです。

An excellent hotel! They called us in advance to offer a complimentary pickup from the train station and they arranged a drop off too! The staff are super friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms for a one night stay to be on the Glacier Express in the morning. The breakfast is remarkable! Will definitely come back to stay there again!
