Property Notes

Children aged below 16 years are not allowed to use the Oriental Spa Garden. All room rates include daily unlimited access to the hotel spa's indoor and outdoor thermal circuit (please check the hotel's website for the spa's current opening hours). The rates for stays on a basic B&B or half-board basis on December 31st include a mandatory fee for the evening gala dinner. Similarly, the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner is mandatory for stays on a half-board basis on December 24th. Starting at 18:30, sportswear and sports/beach footwear are not permitted in the bars and restaurants. The Dress Code in Restaurants is: Long trousers are mandatory for gentlemen during dinner. The Dress Code for the December 24th Gala Dinner is: Jacket and tie are required. The Dress Code for New Year's Eve on December 31st is as follows: The black tie is required. Renovation work will be carried out from 18/05/2025 to 15/07/2025. Please note that the property will be closed during this period.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Maravilloso, la visita al hotel Botanico me va a acompañar durante mucho tiempo."

El jardín, los pájaros, las obras de arte, el spa, el servicio. Antonio el portero hizo que me sintiera en casa desde el primer momento.

El estanque donde estaban los patos olía un poco a agua estancada, me llamó la atención por lo bien que huele todo el hotel. Pero el agua estaba normal y los animales se les veía muy bien cuidados.

Tout était sublime, la chambre avec la vue sur le jardin et le Teide un régal pour les yeux chaque matin. Le confort du matelas et les options d’oreiller. Les bouteilles d’eau fournies quotidiennement. La piscine et le spa.
