Property Notes

Children aged below 16 years are not allowed to use the Oriental Spa Garden. All room rates include daily unlimited access to the hotel spa's indoor and outdoor thermal circuit (please check the hotel's website for the spa's current opening hours). The rates for stays on a basic B&B or half-board basis on December 31st include a mandatory fee for the evening gala dinner. Similarly, the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner is mandatory for stays on a half-board basis on December 24th. Starting at 18:30, sportswear and sports/beach footwear are not permitted in the bars and restaurants. The Dress Code in Restaurants is: Long trousers are mandatory for gentlemen during dinner. The Dress Code for the December 24th Gala Dinner is: Jacket and tie are required. The Dress Code for New Year's Eve on December 31st is as follows: The black tie is required. Renovation work will be carried out from 18/05/2025 to 15/07/2025. Please note that the property will be closed during this period.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Ein wunderschönes Hotel, das eine niveauvolle Erholung anbietet."

Wir hatten eine sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Suite. Dank dem Parkettfußboden und den Teppichen fühlt man sich wie zuhause. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Aber auch am Hauptschwimmbecken kann man eine entspannte Zeit verbringen. Braucht man ein wenig Einsamkeit, geht man in den schön angelegten botanischen Garten und setzt sich auf die Bank. Die Restaurants im Hotel haben wir alle besucht und sind sehr zufrieden geblieben. Es ist sehr sauber und wohlfühlend eingerichtet auf dem ganzen Gelände. Die Führung des Hotels toppt in allen Bereichen! Wir haben uns wirklich erholt in diesem Urlaub. Dankeschön an das ganze Personal!

Another excellent visit at this wonderful hotel.I am a regular guest ,it feels like a second home.I think it is not only one of the best in Europe but also the world .Thanks to the super team led by Lillia and Pino .I can't wait to return.

"Excellent service & facilities 😁"

Our 3rd visit to Botanico. The gardens were the highlight this year. We watched 3 Herons fish the small Coy Carp. The black swans were swimming around and the gardens were lit up at night. The Spa as always was superb 👌 Breakfast was excellent. We used the free bus to go into the town shopping. Excellent service throughout and very friendly.

What we loved most about the hotel was the exceptional garden and outdoor area. The whole landscape was incredibly beautiful, spacious, and diverse — truly stunning. The outdoor seating areas with the elegant furniture, trees, and atmosphere were simply incredible and made the hotel feel very special.

The hotel has a truly beautiful atmosphere and must once have been absolutely magnificent. However, some parts of the property and interior are beginning to feel a little dated and could benefit from some gentle renovation and modernization. The hotel also has a wonderful spa, and we especially appreciated the warm water in the swimming pool, which made the whole experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.
