Hotel Botanico y Oriental Spa Garden

Nuestra estancia en El Botánico ha sido increíble, sobre todo por la gente que trabaja allí. Es un lujo encontrar un personal tan cercano. ​Queremos dar las gracias a los porteros,Antonio y Javier que fueron super atentos. También a Christian, el socorrista, por su amabilidad y por la buena conversacion que compartimos en la piscina. Y, a Pino, la jefa de recepción: gracias a su cariño y en el ckeck out , nos dimos cuenta de lo que nos habíamos perdido y nos hizo volver al hotel un ratito para verlo! Fue un gran detalle ​Aunque hay mucha gente del equipo de la que no sabemos el nombre, todos nos han tratado de maravilla Volveremos seguro.

Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et réactif. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, vaste choix. Le jardin est somptueux et très bien entretenu. Enfin l espace spa et les massages faits par des professionnels.

Es war wunderbar. Sehr schöner Garten mit aussergewöhnlichen Pflanzen. Grosses Schwimmbad im Aussenbereich, Tolle Auswahl beim Brunch-Buffet und das Highlight - das Abendessen auf dem Dach. Das Personal war stets freundlich, ausnahmslos hilfsbereit und professionell. Adama, mit seiner aufgestellten Art ist uns besonders im Gedächtnis geblieben.

A beautiful hotel which looks after it’s guests extremely well. I visited with my daughter for a week and we had a fantastic time. The hotel is very relaxing and well maintained. We appreciated the spa access as this pool area is quieter and the comfort of the sun loungers was amazing. To improve this area, however, it would have been nice if we could have ordered drinks and there were no tables so people used chairs which did not seem in keeping with the hotel. We opted for half board, which for us, was an excellent choice. We visited the Italian and Asian restaurants which were table service and had a good selection. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and it was lovely to sit outside to enjoy the food. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and respectful. The gentleman porters on the door always had a welcoming smile and nothing seemed too much trouble. Overall a lovely stay and next time I may even bring my husband!
