"Wonderful afternoon tea experience"

A lovely afternoon tea experience in a gorgeous setting. Staff were so attentive, Leisha was especially fabulous! I had the classic and my friend had the vegan option, which was very well thought out and considered. Everything was super tasty - the cake table and homemade iced teas were added extras we didn’t expect and a nice touch. The tea sommelier was knowledgable and offered lots of advice, we could have tried so many of the options available. Highly recommend!

Breakfast selection one of the best I have seen from a hotel of this type. Everything was available to a very high standard. Great breakfast area with outside terrace and view of the pool and garden. Staff were so friendly and engaging. Being addressed by name whenever walking through reception is special.

When I arrived the first thing I noticed was the chandeliers. They are stunning but they were dusty and needed a good clean. If a location is going to have large crystal chandeliers especially in a lobby with high footfall they have to sparkle.

"Mount Nelson Review"

Wow this was my first time at Mount Nelson and I was blown away. The staff was lovely, the food was delicious and I was helped by Thuli who was so welcoming and kind. Will be coming back!
