The beachfront positioning is perfect, and having access to so many different pools meant every day felt like a new experience. The breakfast was extensive, and the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. We loved the variety of restaurants inside the resort, as well as easy access to the nearby Laguna shops and eateries.

It was my first time staying there and overall it wasn’t bad. The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast spread was decent and gym was pretty good. Rooms were well stocked with water everyday which was helpful

On my 2nd day, my room was still not made when I came back at 3pm which was unusual as I thought rooms would have been tidied in the morning. And it was also low season which made me wonder why it took so long for the room to be tidied. I did call reception to request for my room to be cleaned which was subsequently attended to. So maybe it was just a one off issue.

Room was tired . Dusty , musty. Curtains not clean and duvet unwashed in months . The rooms need a serious upgrade and modernisation . I like the resort and location . Rooms 2 out 10
