Angsana Laguna Phuket

Beautiful hotel with charming staff but a couple of things need to be improved. Italian restaurant was beautiful with great food Breakfast was amazing and Meen the egg chef was superb Pool areas amazing BUT We tried 2 rooms and the shower was lukewarm in both Bar food in hotel and on beach was not up to expectations

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Angsana Laguna Phuket, and I would like to share my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service. First and foremost, the Front Office team truly set the tone for a memorable stay. I would like to especially recognize Joe, Sisy, Far, and Ann for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care. From the moment of arrival to departure, they were consistently attentive, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their ability to anticipate guest needs and handle every interaction with grace made a significant difference in my overall experience. The Food & Beverage experience was equally impressive. The quality of food across Xana Beach Club, Azzurra, and the Seafood Market was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Pin and Aod from Xana Bar for their outstanding service and friendly approach, which made dining even more enjoyable. I would also like to recognize Rin from Azzurra for the attentive and welcoming service. Seafood Market also deserve recognition for their attentiveness and consistency in delivering a high standard of service throughout. Lastly, I would like to commend the Housekeeping team for maintaining such a clean and comfortable environment. Special thanks to Polla. A beautiful beachfront resort with a fantastic atmosphere, offering some of the best on-site facilities for relaxation and enjoyment. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking both comfort and exceptional service.

Angsana staff are friendly and accommodate to your needs. Highly recommend the spa and using Taa, Gigi or Ida as your therapist. 10/10

Peaceful laid back environment. Kudos to the transportation provided to travel within laguna too. The shuttle and boat ferries you around laguna area conveniently. The sunset at the property was also awesome.

Big property, close to beach, great variety of restaurant, pool, activity options. Staff are exceptional 100% across the board throughout the entire property.

Rooms appear as slightly dated.

The staff were very good and so was the breakfast. The room was a good size and clean.

The pool was missing many tiles and the swim up bar wasn’t good. Many tiles were missing. The pool in the centre was unclean and slimy. The restaurants were expensive and limited. The massages were very expensive. The en-suites were due an upgrade.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, Khun Faii , with great greeting welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation.And also love the atmosphere

Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed a lot . Staff from reception were so kind and polite. Will visit here next year as well. Special mention to Ann who helped us and stand out for any help we need
