I will keep this review short and sweet! Having recently returned from Phuket - we just wish we were still there! This hotel ranks amongst the best we have ever stayed in - with almost nothing to be critical of. What is truly exceptional is the staff - absolutely every one of them were willing to go above and beyond. The reception staff, the f&b management and all of the catering staff could not do enough for you. We chose Phuket to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday - what a good choice. Birthday cakes were plentiful - all supplied by the hotel (free of charge) and everywhere we went a real fuss was made of her indoors! Brownie points for me! A lovely room upgrade was the icing on one of the cakes - and as I said before, a hotel we wish we could have stayed at for a much longer holiday. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic hotel, rooms cleaned daily, new towels daily too. Bed was changed regularly. Buggy to take us to beach/restaurant a god send due to mobility issues. Restaurants had delicious food. Beach stunning. Little wooden bus takes you to canal village. Would definitely return

Was once a great hotel when managed by the Sheraton Group. Immediately lost its class, charm and attraction once self-managed by Angsana. Its one saving grass is the local Thai staff who are first class! Management is rarely in evidence. Better choices in Laguna, e.g. Banyan Tree and Dusit Thani.

One of the best hotels in Phuket. Great location, amazing views and very friendly staff. From our first day to the day we checked out, everyone has been welcoming. I just wanted to say a special thank you to Ann from reception who sorted a slight misunderstanding about our room booking with our agent. She was very articulate and promptly rectified the issue on the same day. I would also like to thank all the staff at Market Place restaurant (Book, June, Beam, Nan, June) and Tak the buggy driver. Lastly, special mention to Namphone, from house keeping who has made sure that our room was spotless. Overall, our trip has been enjoyable because of the friendly staff. We highly recommend this resort and we will definitely be back to Angsana on our next trip to Phuket.

Stayed in Angsana Laguna for 5 days for a wedding, it was an absolutely memorable experience! The resort is beautiful with its multiple pools and lagoons. Nice and clean rooms and amazing hospitality, food and service! Special mention to Chef Oshan for taking special care of us and all the food during the events, he went out of his to make sure everything was more than perfect. Thanks also to Khun Widya for coordinating the entire program and making it so special for all of us.

This is a beautiful resort, but what really set it apart was the service. We were there for a wedding, and everything from the atmosphere to the organization was flawless. Special thanks to Chef Oshan and his team; the food was top-tier and perfectly executed. Have to mention Vidya for flawless execution and planning the event. Highly recommend!
