I visit last year and this place still amazing and never fading hospitality in front desk team specially Jeron.He always give exceptional service for us.Great to be back and i will bring my family in these hotel soon🤍

We stayed here for 10 days with our sons (24 and 21). Lovely spacious rooms with plenty of space for clothes and bathroom storage which I always appreciate. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a huge choice. On the days when we were hotel based we ate lunch at one of the restaurants and some dinners too. All food was good. Poolside bar was a favourite for us. A big thank you to Nake who really looked after us. Also Fuse on reception was incredibly helpful both on arrival and during our stay. The spa is great - we had a couples 2 hour treatment. Thank you to our therapists Ida and Poopea. All the staff were great - friendly kind and respectful. Lovely people. Beautiful well tended grounds, beach location with no shortage of peaceful spots to relax. We took a few trips during our stay too with the local elephant sanctuary being one of the highlights.

I had a wonderful spa experience. The service was very professional and relaxing from start to finish. Special thanks to Nida, the Spa Therapist, for her excellent treatment and skilled technique. She made the experience truly comfortable and rejuvenating. Also, I would like to thank Khun Bee for taking such good care of me and ensuring everything went smoothly during the visit.

Anlage liegt direkt am Strand.

Die Zimmer sind aus meiner Sicht renovationsbedürftig für eine 5Stern Anlage. Das Preisgefüge stimmt hier nicht mit der Ausstattung der Zimmer überein. Alles ist veraltet.

Great hospitality throughout my stay! Special thanks to the reception team Punn, Fuse, and Nan for their warm welcome and helpful recommendations. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable. Dinner at Bodega was one of the highlights of our stay. I ordered the Surf & Turf, and the portion was very generous. The seafood was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. My boyfriend ordered the Kurobuta pork chop steak, and he said it was the most perfect pork chop he has ever had. A big thank you to the servers Phone, Toom, Fan, and Krue for their attentive and friendly service. They made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! I had an amazing spa experience during my stay. The spa reception team Bee and Kan were very welcoming and professional. They explained the treatments clearly and made the booking process very smooth.My therapists Ida and Gigi were absolutely wonderful. Their technique was excellent and very relaxing. I left the spa feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. It was truly one of the best spa experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!

היינו בדופלקס עם שני חדרי שינה וסלון. הקונספט של האגם בקירבה לים טוב. הבריכה גדולה וכייפית גם לילדים וגם למבוגרים. צוות נחמד. לא מקום שהיינו חוזרים אליו בשום צורה.

התשתיות של החדר ישנות. ולמרות שהחדר נראה לא רע בכלל גם בתמונות וגם במציאות, בפועל זה כמו לגור בדירת סטודנטים ישנה ולא מתוחזקת. האמבטיה הייתה סתומה ולקח שלושה ימים עד שתיקנו אותה. השירותים עלו על גדותיהם ולא ניתן היה להשתמש בהם. בגדול, זה מלון שכנראה מזמן היה צריך לעבור שיפוץ, ויש הרגשה של חוסר ניהול וחוסר תחזוק. לא בדיוק מה שאתה מצפה כשאתה מגיע לחופשה.
