Angsana Laguna Phuket

Our stay at Angsana Laguna Phuket was truly wonderful. The facilities are excellent, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff are consistently warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to the manager, Victor, who is exceptionally professional and truly outstanding in hospitality. His dedication and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable.

Manger Victor was an amazing host. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. They guided me in the best possible ways. Rooms were very comfortable and they would clean it up everyday for you. The hotel is very beautiful it has private white sand beach attached to it and a lot of facilities. It has shops, restaurants, live concerts. Overall a very luxurious experience in its own. Transport to and from is very convenient, they do provide shuttle. They also have a boats in the property to take you to beach and restaurants. It’s a perfect holiday destination ❤️

Angsana Hotel is our go to place here in Phuket. The service is outstanding and hospitality is at its highest level! The Market Place restaurant nearby the beach and lake is very nice I was assisted by June who was very attentive and helpful not just to me but to everyone in the said area, I would like to compliment her for her dedication to her service. I would recommend this place to everyone who would stay in Phuket. All the amenities are available here from pool to diving activities. You will never run out of things to do here.

I ristoranti all’interno dell hotel non sono all’altezza dele resto , servizio lentissimo,qualità medio bassa . Non a caso non ci mangia quasi nessuno. Peccato.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay. The hospitality was exceptional from start to finish — the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, with great variety and quality in every meal. A special thank you to Miss June for taking such great care of me. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made my stay extra special. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and I sincerely appreciate her effort. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning again soon!

Just checked into Angsana after a 4.5 hour flight. Smooth checkin and Fuse at reception was very warm We have booked a Ocean View room woth King bed as a couple. However they have checked us into a room with 2 queen beds. The room and toilet also looks and feels dated When we called to complain the front desk had no other options ! Disappointing start to a vacation..... Will update with impression of other facilities

My family and I stayed at this absolutely beautiful resort! From check in with the amazing top notch front desk staff Looktarn who made sure my prior requests upon arrival was fulfilled and helped us to have an amazing time at the resort. We also met Nan towards the end of our stay whom was truly helpful in us having an amazing time as well. Our housekeeper was top class and took care of our needs and requests. Angsana is fortunate to have incredible team members as Looktarn and Nan! Overall, we had an AMAZING and INCREDIBLE time at Angsana and we will be back soon!
