Me encanta este hotel,es la segunda vez que me alojo ahí y voy a volver seguro! Es un conjunto de comodidad ,ubicación ,personal y limpieza! Tengo que mencionar la amabilidad de la chica de recepción se llama Alicia!

Lo que no me gustó del alojamiento es el desayuno ,que puede mejorar ! El café de máquina no era el nivel que se merece este hotel,la tostadora no funcionaba ! Otro punto es que la mayoría del personal de recepción no habla búlgaro,era gente muy amable y profesional pero no hablan más que inglés !

Beautiful hotel. Very central location for sightseeing. Very friendly staff and fabulous buffet breakfast.

The bar closed earlier than advertised each night.
