Vše perfektní. Moc hezký pokoj po rekonstrukci, vse ciste a velmi pohodlne spani. Rano skvela snidane s velkym vyberem jidla. Hotel je blizko centra a hned vedle metra z letiste.

From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Charles at check‑in set a welcoming tone; Natalia at breakfast was consistently warm, polite, and attentive; and the Turkish gentleman on night reception was exceptionally courteous. Their hospitality made a meaningful difference to my stay. I was also struck by the elegance of the hotel — particularly the breakfast area, bar, and the beautiful bathroom in my room. These areas reflect the heritage and grandeur that make the Sofia Balkan Palace such a distinctive property. The location is perfect - 20 minutes by car to/from the airport and moments away from all the main sights, restaurants and bars. The hotel and Sofia are both worth experiencing!

Excelente hotel. Servicio maravilloso, habitaciones impecables, muy limpias y con un bonito diseño interior. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, un 10. Sin duda, una experiencia muy agradable.

Cosy, clean room. Great location at the very city center.

The location is fantastic, makes it very easy to come from the airport right into the hotel, on top of the subway station. It also makes traversing the city very easy and quick. The room we had was great and huge, with excellent views. The bed was comfortable. We arrived early and our luggage was nicely stored so we could explore the city before entering the room, and the same after our checkout. The breakfast was plentiful and there were many options to choose from. Special word goes to the Guest Relations Manager of the hotel - Anastasia, she is amazing.

The "smart home" electronic room controls are quite a bit of a headache to get used to, and sometimes buggy / behave funny / misbehave. And the bathroom electric curtain needs to be closed whenever you want to go there for any need, since everything is transparent glass. Funny but tolerable.
