"A well located hotel which has been refurbished but some category of rooms are not well appointed"

After confusion over the room for our first night we were allocated a lovely suite which made all the difference to our experience. Kaan and Anastasia were amazing in resolving the issue. Boris was just such a great help with everything we needed from help with luggage from the car parked a long way away due to no access to hotel, to restaurant suggestions and booking, to in room amenities.

Breakfast and service poor. Coffee and tea from machines in a 5 star hotel is not acceptable. No restaurant facility other than at breakfast.

Je reproche à Booking de nous avoir promis le transfert compris dans le prix de réservation mais n’a pas tenu son engagement. Je recommande à l’hôtel de ne pas donner carte blanche à Booking.com car le client se fait avoir et n’a aucun recourt après de votre hôtel

"Super excellent, happy tourists overall."

The staff were very friendly, especially Anastasiya. Very welcoming and helpful overall. Very spacious room and very clean. Excellent breakfast. Will definitely visit again with family.
