"Excellent"

Had to get the room last minute when my son missed his connecting flight. It was LATE. Staff were kind and the hotel was quiet. The bed was so comfy, I didn’t want to get up to go to work the following day!

"A hotel in transition. Location neither airport or city."

This Marriott is not quite completed renovations so a few workmen still in evidence. The lounge is not yet in operation as they await furniture- looks nice. Service by the maids was good as was the breakfast team - however we passed the front desk a number of times without acknowledgment- odd. The Starbucks staff are wonderful. Location is neither airport or city so does not rate highly in that respect.

Staff gave way too much pressure to buy their insurance and add fees. We’d paid in full through Expedia but they were very pushy and wasted a lot of our checkin time and just made it a really bad experience.

Loved this stay. New rooms, amazing comfortable bed/pillows, huge TV, tiled shower, bathroom very nice. Very stylish furniture- stay here! Great prices and shuttle!

"Newly renovated!"

This hotel has been newly renovated and is looking very clean and bright. Rooms are very nice and in very good state of repair. Front desk is attentive. Restaurant has been under renovation and is almost ready to open. Starbucks in the lobby. My only complaint is their shuttle service. It is subcontracted and is not a large van. You have to have reservations. It is competing with parking that is being sold off. When the shuttle arrived at the airport, many people were left behind because the shuttle just doesn’t have the capacity for two hotels. They need to figure out this vnservice issue. Be prepared to wait or might even be a better idea to Uber if you are in a rush.
