"Car Break-ins"

DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE!! Car was broken into and hotel has no cameras or security. $1K damage to car. Tried to at least get parking refunded and continue to be ignored. Front desk only said to file a police report. This is a warning - DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE!!

For an airport hotel this Marriott totally exceeded my expectations! Lovely spacious room very accommodating staff and super easy shuttle system to the airport. What really made my stay enjoyable was Jared the Guest Experience Supervisor, he was so kind and welcoming at my check in and really made me feel like a valued guest. Thank you Jared, you rock!

When I booked this hotel we were never told it was under renovations. They advertise a free continental breakfast but do not provide one. All the amenities are unavailable. Internet is terrible. Very disappointed.

"Great stay in the newly updated and refurbished rooms"

I was surprised that this hotel was so nice given the lackluster reviews. Then I realized that the hotel was under renovation and I was in a newly renovated room. Everything was lovely. Good placement of outlets. Nice set up overall. Of course not enough light in the room but there never is. It’s a theme. As I said, hotel is actively under construction so the concierge lounge is on the first floor in a makeshift room but the food was good. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. There is an airport shuttle but I didn’t use it. This was a last minute stay as my flight was canceled mid trip (connecting flight) so I needed a hotel right away. Worked out well. Website says it’s a 5 minute ride but to is and all the many hotel nearby are really more like a 15 minutes ride.
