"Repeat guest, but never again!!"

Repeat guest, but never again. Allowing significant grace for the fact that they're doing renovations, the condition of our room, non-responsiveness to communication, and lack of supplies is inexcusable. Despite being Ambassador status (100+ stays/year), no upgrade offered (though upgraded rooms are available). The room's condition is far below Marriott standards. Broken light fixtures with bare bulbs, furniture that should've been taken out of service YEARS ago, pink mold in the shower, damaged/broken mirror, etc. Request for extra pillow/blanket & attempts to "chat" were ignored for 3 hours. Finally went down to the desk & they were unable to locate a single pilow/blanket. Though we were greeted by a very sweet employee at check-in, the lack of service/response after picking up our key has been thoroughly disappointing. We won't be back. Do not recommend!!

Friendly, easy check-in. The bathroom had a drip in the area of the shower, making the floor wet. The shuttle doesn't run for early flights, so watch that. Overall nice property

"Kind of run down, not impressed for Marriott"

Denver Marriott airport We stayed here the first night of our 17-day road trip because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. We had called and were told they had a hot tub. Our mistake was we didn’t ask if it were working and when we checked in the front desk said it had been down for many weeks. I do like it better when people are truthful with me. Our room was clean and we got a decent night’s sleep, which I guess was all we cared about. There was no breakfast included. The shuttle got us back to the airport to pick up our rental car. We really weren’t impressed with this hotel, so we changed our last nights stay to the Residence Inn nearby and were very happy with our stay there. If we had to do over, we would have started our trip there too.
