We were treated like royalty by Ishel when we checked in! We also had a little glitch with an item in our room and it was taken care of immediately with apologies and added points. The breakfast was also tasty with great service. This is our 2nd time to stay and we love the lake view! We will be staying there again!

The experience was very lovely, accommodating, luxurious, and homey. My space was auspiciously tidy and clean, and the customer service was top-tier.

Had a great stay when visiting Indianapolis North. Front desk was quick and easy and had a great time dining in the restaurant. Great business hotel cannot recommend it enough.

My stay at the Marriott Indianapolis North was absolutely exceptional! From the moment I checked in, Nick S. and his team were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. My room was not only spotless but also felt surprisingly spacious, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I especially loved the complimentary breakfast with its wide variety of fresh options. The entire experience was perfect, and I can't wait to return next time I visit Indy. Thank you Nick!

I had a wonderful time at this beautiful location. I had a king Lakeview suite and it was absolutely breath taking! Maddie was so helpful and so positive. It truly makes a difference when you interact with genuine people like them!

When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that their system was down and that it might take a little longer than usual to check in….. after a long day and a half of traveling that was the last thing I wanted to hear. As it was my turn to check in I was greeted with a warm smile and a sincere apology from Sydney. Although the system was down she was calm and patient and enthusiastic about getting everything figured out, especially with the guest who checked in before me who was extremely difficult and extremely disrespectful towards the staff. Sydney got me checked in and personally escorted me to my room. She was extremely friendly and energetic and I could tell that she really enjoys her job. The next day I requested to speak to Sydney to thank her for such great hospitality on such a crappy day and I was informed that she was a manager. WOW!!! Marriott you lucked out with that one! She will go far in this career!!

I booked 2 rooms for my family of 7 for my nieces wedding. I asked for a connecting room and they made it happen! Great service and beautiful accommodations. Thank you Kat, Gabbie, and Ishel!
