Marriott Indianapolis North

I enjoyed the hotel and found it very comfortable. I was disappointed in the price I paid to book through Hotels.com. It was more than the Marriot charges. I will not be a repeat customer with your service. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and will not recommend your service to anyone.

I would not recommend this place at all. The room we were in had a visible water leak in the ceiling ( pic attached) you can see where they repair it and how it is leaking again and making the paint flake off right on top of you as you sleep. The front desk is completely unresponsive and unprofessional . The worst I had in as far as I remember! I tried calling few times on Saturday morning to order breakfast to the room and no one picked up till we had to leave for a timed event , ended up getting chips from the gift shop for the kids to eat in the car on our way to church. Same for dinner that same night! Called to order room service for the kids and when the food didn’t come 40 minutes later, I called back to check on it. Apparently, the messed up and lost my order but instead of the front desk handling professionally, and let me know that! the employee called and started to take my order all over again and when I questioned that she started making fun of my accent and mocking me! Needless to say, I won’t stay here again even for free!!

It's always great to come back here. It makes us feel like home. Special shout out to Jose night Engineer. He helped me out with some request even it was late already. We'll be back soon. Thank you

Had a wonderful experience at Marriott Indianapolis North! I travel for work and usually stay at Marriott facilities, whenever I’m visiting Indiana I make sure to book at that hotel. The service is great. Special thanks to Teriz from the Concierge lounge, she is absolutely fantastic and always making sure everyone is taking care of and the lounge is always neat and well stocked when she is there. Stayed there 4 times this year already and will definitely be back again.

Good spot. Nice restaurant with lake view. Close to many amenities and a walking path around lake. Rooms are good for value

Upon arriving to our room, we found a prescription pill bottle on the floor. It was not under anything, so it should have been easily seen by housekeeping. It made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. We were thankful that my young kids didn't find it before us. The hotel staff quickly moved us to a different room, which was appreciated.

I loved the comfort ability of it and it was pretty cool that people who stay here can fish in the pond. I also liked that even for how big the hotel the pool was never full so my kids could swim and be safe. The bed was so comfortable but the pillows were way too soft for my liking. The pull out couch was perfect for 2 toddlers! The shrimp cargot off the menu was phenomenal and worth the money and the large pizzas are definitely large we had so much left after eating.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t “per se” like it but there was a wedding taking place and they took over almost the whole restaurant area and they were so loud. I feel like there should be a separate area for them to have been waiting to get started yet still be able to come to the bar to get their drinks.

Great stay

Ishel greeted us when warm smile and egger to provide whatever we needed. We need a cart. There was none available. Ishel went floor by floor until she found a chart. That’s top notch service. I expect great service at full service Marriotts. But this was beyound what normally happens.
