"The hotel and staff are AMAZING!"

I booked 10 rooms for my daughters wedding party. Karen and the staff were absolutely amazing! They helped me through the entire process and were so kind even when I made multiple changes to the reservations. They made sure that all of the guests received the gift bags and that they were well taken care of throughout their stay. It was a busy weekend for the staff and the hotel but they all made me and the guests feel like they were the main priority. The hotel was clean and had many features that were good for large groups. I would highly recommend this hotel and thank them for being so wonderful!

"Great place better people"

I had the distinct pleasure of staying at your hotel and was throughly impressed by the staff. One name in particular comes to mind, Brandy in the lounge she ensured that not only did she know the timeline of my stay and my needs but was just plain nice to deal with. I stay at Marriott properties exclusively and it is because of people like Brandy and the amenities like the M lounge.

Wow, the front desk staff are really friendly morning or night. I felt taken care of and acknowledged (not that I really expect much these days). The M lounge was solid as well.

"It cost 300 a night for the to give me the wrong room at first then for my room to now have heat my the stay horrible"
