Marriott Birmingham Grandview

The staff was very professional. I don't remember names very well but I remember a young man named Aaron Heflin. I made sure to write it down because of his southern cham he had while helping me find my keys to my car. He Ace in my book.

A great place to stay! This hotel has an amazing staff and nice clean rooms. Everyone at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming. I’ve had the pleasure to check in with Angela and Brandie and they were fantastic! The atmosphere is caring and making sure you are comfortable in your hotel room. This Marriott was perfectly located for us, across the street from the Grandview Hospital. We’ve always been satisfied with our stay. You will not be disappointed. A great place to stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott in Birmingham, Alabama, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who made me feel welcomed right away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with modern amenities that made my stay both relaxing and convenient. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. The hotel’s facilities were also impressive. The common areas were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance felt both professional and inviting. If you’re traveling for business or leisure, it’s a great place to stay. What truly stood out was the level of customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, helpful, and genuinely attentive. It’s clear they take pride in making guests feel comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend this Marriott location to anyone visiting Birmingham. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The staff at the Marriott Birmingham location were absolutely phenomenal! From the time we entered to the time we left, we were always greeted with smiles! The vibes were great, the service was amazing, and the experience was an awesome one for our first time in Birmingham. As an AAU parent that travels a lot, I must say that I’m looking forward to returning to this location soon. Thank you for showing us that in the midst of this crazy world, great service still exists! Appreciate yall!

Staff at Birmingham from the front desk, to housekeeping and the breakfast/dining area were very pleasant. I am an Ambassador and love staying here. Thanks Carlesa for everything.

Overall, individuals, like the front desk, especially Ms. Griffin and those in the Club are wonderful. However, housekeeping needs overhauling. I have been at the hotel for seven days now. Out of these seven days, I have had to do without housekeeping service for three days, recycling the same beddings or linen. It appalling to have to be at a Marriott hotel and yet the housekeeping services are far below you find at Fairfield hotel or LaQuinta.
