Marriott Birmingham Grandview

The room was nice in itself. In searching the room the sheets were not changed as there were stains and the pillows and covers. Everything else was fine. Pool was heated and Perfect. Angela was exceptional. Very professional and helpful. She immediately tried to resolve the Issue I was having. A group girls were putting demonic pictures and inappropriate pictures under doors of the hotel. My 5 year old daughter picked the picture up and immediately went into a crisis due to her condition. It took me almost an hour to calm her down. Angela was extremely helpful and understanding the next morning. Friendly , quick and easy at solving problems. I hope my next experience I get to encounter her sweet soul again. Thank you again Angela for being so nice and trying to help in any way you can ! My daughter was made to get out of the pool even though it wasn’t her fault and told to go back to the room. So because I complained we had to suffer. My daughter did not want to go back to the room and could not get the picture out of her head. I hope our next stay is better than this one because it caused a bit of trauma to her.

I would visit this hotel again. I also have a good experience at the hotel.

Brandie was personable, friendly, nice, and greeted me with a smile. Her attention to detail and customer service was exceptional. This alone will keep me coming back. She is truly an asset to this organization.

I had lunch in the café and Amanda was my server. I was rushed for time and she went above and beyond Service for me! She is joyful and caring. Valuable employee!

Brandie in the M Club was amazing. Highly recommend
