"Great, coming back for Rose"

I’m writing as a member who regularly uses amenities and the spa over the last ten years. Everything is maintained beautifully, staff is friendly and attentive, and renovations are sleek and clean with great smells. Rose gave the best deep tissue massage I’ve had here and I have had many, don’t be fooled by the small hands…she is strong.

They over charged me. They didn’t refund the money that I paid in my currency. It was a huge hassle. Very hard to get a hold of them
